Merchandise Returns
Every order we ship is 100% guaranteed to satisfy you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, please return the products in its original box within 3 days of your receipt and we will issue a refund to your credit card for the product's price. (shipping charges won't be refunded).

Your piñata is guaranteed to arrive at your door damage-free. Our piñatas are insured, just let us know as soon as you receive it and keep all the packaging and contents as a proof for the carrier. (Sometimes they’ll inspect them). We will gladly either issue a refund, or, if you choose, we will re-ship a new piñata to you.

Our piñatas ships within 1 to 2 business days. Please choose accordingly to your location for Parcel Post, Priority Mail or Express Mail.

We are not responsible for carriers' late deliveries.

Custom Piñatas or Any of our Personalized items
Before you place an order for a custom made piñata, please be aware that custom piñatas or any of our personalized items are not refundable. 

Shipping Policies
We ship to the Continental US, US territories, APO addresses and most of the world.

All orders received on business days are shipped within 1 to 2 days after payment is received. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped the next business day.

International Shipping

For some countries the calculator will not calculate correctly, please contact us before purchasing for the correct pricing, after that, you can purchase the products you'd like and I will send you an invoice to your email so you can pay the difference. Your item will not ship if the proper amount of shipping has not been received.

Canadian orders are not affected by the calculator.
