Your pinata/items are handmade and take 2 to 3 business days to process. We offer 3 shipping methods: Parcel/Ground shipping 5 to 9 business days, Priority Mail 4 to 5 business days and Express Mail 2 to 4 days. Post Office delays we cannot guarantee timed deliveries. Business days are Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM and we follow Post office holidays. All of these shipping times are once the item ships (this does not include the processing time for your order.)
We ship to the Continental United States only, we will not ship to freight forwarding companies/addresses.

Important - if your pinata arrives damaged refuse the shipment, this way the Postal Service will return the item to us and we can file a claim and refund you in full.
